Laura Fleming joined Team Lally in 2017, and now serves as Team Lally’s President and Senior Listing Partner. She grew up as an “Army Brat” and is now a Military Spouse to an Active Duty Servicemember. Together with their 3 children, their ohana has moved to the island 3 separate times, and now permanently call Ewa Beach home.

During her tenure so far with the team, Laura has earned her PSA designation, has been directly involved in over 150 transactions, and is currently earning her Broker’s License.

Having bought and sold several homes herself, Laura understands that her clients have high standards. Her focus on five-star services is evidenced through her proactive problem solving, high level of communication, and delivering expert advice based on situational strategy and market conditions.

Laura is an avid hiker and loves an acai bowl from Haleiwa Bowls on the North Shore. She’s a proud Ally of the LGBTQ+ community and volunteers her time with several non-profit organizations.
