I had the opportunity to go to an open house in my neighborhood on the North Shore last year.Jojo was the only realtor there, and I observed how efficiently she handled interacting with each potential customer, juggling many people who were there and not making anyone feel neglected or disregarded.She was friendly and asked the right questions to see if they were sincerely interested or just “lookey-loo’s”. As a professional sales person myself, I could see she knew who to spend the most time with and who to give enough information to keep somebody around long enough that she could circle back to them and talk some more.On more than one occasion I overheard her talking to folks who said this house wasn’t for them. She showed interest in finding out what there must haves were and said she would get back to them. She knew how to cultivate prospects for the future.I would feel confident referring anybody to JoJo, knowing that she would sincerely listen to their needs and eagerly do the research to match them with the house of their dreams!

Our family had the blessing of being referred to Team Lally by our friend. We were in a difficult situation with a probate/estate situation with complicated inheritance and, to put it gently, a hoarder situation. From the very first meeting, Team Lally (Adrienne and Atillio at first, the entire team at the end) reassured us about the process and made every attempt to help my aging mom execute the cleanout and sale of the property of the estate she was tasked with executing. Team Lally took care of everything without our family ever having to set foot on island/without having to travel inter-island for anything, including the signing for the closing.Specifically, Team Lally coordinated the clean out of a difficult situation with a trusted and affordable clean out company and held on to personal items for us to eventually transfer to our family. They also helped us to make realistic pricing decisions, which led us to close on a full-price cash offer within a few weeks of the listing going live (previous units in the same building took much longer to sell despite being in better condition). They helped us through the closing, making sure that they used software that my mom could access, even when it was more work on their end. They communicated with both the estate attorney and the unit owners' association to ease the burden of our workload.Even when our family had personal difficulties and overwhelm during the process, Team Lally led with compassion, understanding, and expertise. They understood the grieving process, the hoarder situation, being off island, and did everything to take the burden off our family. I firmly believe that without Team Lally we might still not have the unit cleaned out. If you are looking for a real estate team that still values doing what is right, supporting people, and not just viewing people as a final dollar amount, without reservation, I highly recommend trusting Team Lally.

Anthony has been wonderful, helping with my moving process to Hawaii, I called months ahead to let him know I was coming and he has been wonderful at getting me the information I needed. Very knowledgeable and communicates very well! His team is lucky to have him!
