Update (6/15/26):So, I feel that's it's necessary that I update this post because I've just closed on the sale of my condo. The first time I worked with Team Lally, I worked with Debbie and she was amazing. This time around I worked with Keli'i. The circumstances leading up to and throughout the sale of my place were less than ideal. Abysmal, really. Despite that, it's really difficult for me to put into words how grateful I am to Keli'i and the team (Anna, Theresa, Shane, Bernize, Attilio, and anyone else I missed but am no less grateful to) for making what could have been a depressing and stressful situation a really positive experience. I left Hawai'i prior to my place being officially listed and Keli'i took care of the tenants that were occupying my home, changing the locks, rehoming a pet that a tenant left behind -- every detail of the prep and sale process was handled without me needing to be involved, or at the very least, very minimal involvement on my end. His Monday updates, whether via phone call, text, or email, were actually a bright spot in the week as his continued enthusiasm was really encouraging. I think that, no matter what your circumstances are, Team Lally is a really great team to have on your side. And, if I can insert my opinion here, Keli'i is an exceptional realtor. I feel like he went well above and beyond what he needed in his role and I'm really fortunate to have had him walk me through process. I think it speaks volumes that in both experiences that I've had with Team Lally, the service that I received was nothing short of exceptional. I hope anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home seriously considers using Team Lally (and Keli'i, definitely ask for Keli'i, he's great I promise).Original (2022ish)I worked with Debbie from Team Lally and it was an amazing experience. The process was quick and painless and she provided weekly calls to give me updates on where the house was at in the escrow process. I would 10/10 recommend working with Debbie, she's been great to work with and I'd definitely work with her again.
