Anthony Nguyen’s presentation was helpful for my class and my group for our project about cost of living because of his clear and honest answers about housing market in Hawai’i and what factors go into the rising prices of housing like supply and demand, investments, and market conditions. - Embry D.

In my participation in democracy class we had uncle Anthony as our guest speaker. We are working on our projects that consist of Hawaii’s top issues, a popular one being the housing economy. He is a genuine person with great intentions and a lovely speaker! A quote from him that resonated with me is he “wants to protect Hawaii’s culture.” As a local, I completely agreed as this economy washed out plenty of kanaka maoli’s due to not being able to afford it anymore. Overall, very well and educational speaker!

I have been doing research on moving to Maui and the best thing I did was to speak with Robert of Team Lally Real Estate. Living in the Midwest, this is a really huge decision.
