Your Reason for Being with Lori Kohara

Our featured guest in this episode of the Team Lally Radio show is Lori Kohara, owner and partner at IN10 Hawaii. Lori tells us the story of growing up in Hawaii Kai, traveling to the mainland to study at Stanford and finding her way back home. She talks about how working for Standord for 5 years propelled her career in human resources.  We also discuss how Lori’s quest to find her “Ikigai” (reason for being) led her and her business partner to form IN10 Hawaii.

Lori Kohara is owner and partner at IN10 Hawaii. She graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies.  She earned her Master’s degree in HR Management from the UNiversity of Hawaii – Shidler College of Business. She has worked in the human resource industry for 20 years.
